It's not released yet I think. I think it's coming out next Wednesday. It's also available as a hardcover though and not only digital.

Rage of Ultron will be added to the Comixology store on Wednesday, 1 April 2015. They just confirmed it in their weekly comics list on their tumblr blog. But if you don't like digital, you can probably get a hardcopy pretty easily. Probably for cheaper too, if you use Amazon or something like that.
