Idea: Trading Digital Codes?

I can't seem to send P/Ms. I am trying to send codes to: dtm07, jakebullet, eiragorn, jonnytech, and schnook from code requests they made last week but cannot send any P/Ms. My post count is 38 so I don't know what the problem is.

There must be a bug. I'm trying your e-mail.

Make more posts. Try to get over 5 or 10. This should hopefully unlock PM capability. We've all had issues with that these past few days.
