What about Sam and Kamala? I mean, Sam already made a move on Viv, and got rejected in Champions #20, and I kinda felt he and Kamala had a bit of a moment when she almost revealed her secret identity to him.

I didn't think of Riri but I like it. A female, LGBTQ+ POC with her own solo (which would probably last longer than America's because of the Iron Man connection/appearances). I always liked that Champions is more reflective of society. I'm just not sure about Riri and Viv but she clearly has a love for technology and that's what Viv is. Amka is also a clean slate.
I kinda hoped they'd go the asexual route with Nadia since there's little to know representation there. And, she's never shown much interest in anyone that way so it wouldn't be a major heel turn.
I thought they were setting something up with Viv/Fernanda but then she hasn't appeared in awhile and it's unlikely she'll return this arc since they're in Weirdworld (although her design could've been awesome).
Zub clearly loves a bit of subtext between teenage females, it's almost Claremont-level. If he acts on all of it, this team has the potential to be the gayest team since Young Avengers.
Personally, I'm not here for Riri/Viv...
I have seen too many black female character paired off with the undesirables or non-human individuals in other media to have positive feelings on it, but anybody else and I'm here for it, anybody else paired with Viv or Cho and I'm fine with that too.

My priority is black female characters; everything else is secondary.

Unfortunately, Red Locust is probably gone for good. It's likely that if Waid had stayed on, she'd have got the 8th roster slot (Nadia and Riri were both obvious editorial suggestions, and both joined in Waid's last arc, so they were always going to join). But instead Zub created Snowguard.

Teen Falcon could work with those two as well, they all have Mexican heritage.

We are the Dora Milaje. We are the daughters of the 18 tribes of Wakanda. We are the teeth of the Panther God. Out of 10,000 years of sweat and bloodshed and battle are we born. We are the women of this ancient land. Deadliest of the species. And our time has come!
Maybe im just not seeing it, but i don't see the reason of pushing Viv into a relationship with all the other females. Granted she said she had no interest being with a male, but that doesn't inherently mean she just jumps the other way, and her being friendly with the other girls doesn't seem like enough reason to pronounce RELATIONSHIP at least to me.
Anything involving Miles, Kamala, and Nadia is definitely off the table due to their solos (the first two actually already have love interests). So whatever it is, it probably involves two of the other five.

This. And I thought it was so cute when they were having lunch together. To be honest, I was kind of surprise nothing happened in terms of romance, since in issue #8 Viv basically tells Cho that she doesn't have attraction to boys, and needs to have interactions with girls to see if she likes it, and then Fernanda was introduced in issue #9...
That was in issue 2, not issue 8. Sam and Miles suggested Viv try Kamala, but Kamala refused (since she, of course, isn't gay).
