Does Deathstroke count because he has one eye? Then there're his kids; as you wrote, depending on the story, Rose may or may not have one eye. Is Jericho still mute?

I wouldn't think so, I don't think anyone who writes Deathstroke, and consider's his lack of two eyes a disability, they probably think "Oh cool this character is missing an eye so he must be really threatening."
