Yeah, i haven't read this issue yet, but up to this point, nobody except Wally has actually remembered anything from pre-Flashpoint. Barry now remembers Wally from the perspective of his new52 history, and Wally has *informed* Barry of some things, but that's not the same as Barry remembering them.

And since Wally has started mixing his new52 and pre-Flashpoint history together, arguably he isn't really remembering pre-Flashpoint any more either. My theory is that there was a 15-year new52 that existed briefly, and that's what Wally is actually remembering.

But, you know, as the Rebirth one shot pretty definitively established, the New 52 history is just the Post-Crisis history minus 10 years. Its basically like a jigsaw puzzle that's missing about 70% of the pieces. What's there is still part of the original picture, but its missing chunks out of it and you can't make sense of it until those chunks are put back.
