(I consider the Scarlet Witch to still be a villain. )
Edited as I'm informed that neither Karima nor Karma qualify.

Namor wasn't a villain back in WWII? He was a hero back then. His main stint as a villain was when he returned in the 60's. And that's when he encountered Brotherhood of Mutants and X-Men (though I'm not sure if he actually fought X-Men alongside Brotherhood).
And as for Banshee, Karma, Northstar (and rest of Alpha Flight) and most of the Morlocks (not including the most well known ones like, Masque, Sunder, Callisto and Caliban) I definitely don't consider them to have ever been real villains if we choose to not count those who were only antagonists for the X-Men and only fought X-Men because they were coerced or ordered or brainwashed to do so and not because they were actually opposed to X-Men or evil. And I think that it's good to draw the line there because if we counted among the former villains turned heroes everyone who ever was a part of villain team or fought X-Men for whatever reason (coercion, brainwashing, etc.) the we would have to count half the X-Men in there.
