Any idea what Silver age issues he might appear in

He doesn't make too many appearances during the Silver Age as the writer, Bob Kanigher, preferred using space monsters and giant birds along with ridiculous villains like Mouse Man and Egg Fu.
But Mars makes a bit of a comeback in WW #159 (January, 1966) when they decided to "bring back the Golden Age of Wonder Woman."
He's also in WW #160 (Feb/March 1966) and WW #169 (March, 1967)

I forgot the 1978 "Wonder Woman Spectacular" (DC Special Series #9)
Mars is a major player in that story. I guess chronologically, it would go between WW #239 and WW #254.
