Help needed regarding Scarlet Witch, Vision & Agatha Harkness please

I'm doing a project on Scarlet Witch and Agatha Harkness and couldn't find useful information for me in Marvel Wikia so I hope someone here could help

I need a story (stories if possible) where Scarlet Witch and Vision are together/fighting together (with or without the Avengers), that happens before Avengers Disassembled but after 1990

and a story that feature Agatha Harkness in some prominent way (at lease she is mention by name by another character, and her being a wise old witch is mention) that's also from 1990 till 2004

Are you looking for specific scenes (issue numbers, dates, etc.) or general story titles (Operation: Galactic Storm - 1992)?

Tom DeFalco and Paul Ryan used her during their Fantastic Four run beginning with #371 (which was featured in this Gimmick or Good entry by Mark Ginocchio).

You can find all of that in Kurt Busiek's run on the Avengers (the 1998 relaunch at #1), which featured Scarlet Witch and Vision on the same team, and some prominent guest appearances by Agatha Harkness (especially in issue #10).

One thing I would add is that Agatha Harkness was technically killed off in, I think, issue 3 of the Vision and the Scarlet Witch limited series from 1985 (their second of two limited series).

Agatha Harkness then reappeared, seemingly alive again, in John Byrne's run on West Coast Avengers, and ever since then it's never been exactly clear when or where she died. In Avengers Disassembled her corpse was discovered, which was supposed to imply that she was dead all along and that most of her appearances were just hallicinations, but other writers (including the writer of the current Scarlet Witch series) have taken the scene to imply that she was murdered.

So in short, since she's a ghost now, Agatha Harkness died sometime between 1985 and 2004, but nobody knows when.
