    Does anyone have any information on the meaning of BPRD logo ?

    No! The earliest chronological on page depiction of the logo (that isn't the boxed out one at the end of B.P.R.D 1946) is in B.P.R.D 1947. I always thought it was interesting that Mignola chose a sword, indicating he wanted to portray that in military terms offence is the best form of defence. I'm not sure there's been anything about why the logo was chosen, but it's certainly incredibly cool.
