Sure, but Timm really only for the art. I think we've seen more than enough of Bruce Timm's take on Batgirl. ew.Plus, getting Bruce Timm or Ty Templeton to draw the issue
Timm can do the art as long as Gail Simone is there with a shock stick to keep him in check. No more Batcest please.
I'm down for a Futurama/Trek comic as long as they make sure Welshie is there.
Over the course of "Dexter's Laboratory," it became abundantly clear that, as endearing as he was, Dexter would grow up to be a supervillain.
Dexter grew up to be the ideal adult personification of the most important men he idolized in his life.
Master scientist:
Albert Einstein
Strong sense/devotion of justice:
Major Glory
Muscular bearded action hero:
Action Hank
Partially relevant detail/fact:
Voiced by Jeff Bennett/Dexter's Dad
These qualities during his youth turned him into quite the opposite of a villain.

As for a crossover, while I did enjoy the Cartoon Network comics that IDW released in the past couple years or so, I'd definitely want to see a crossover between only the Dexter's Lab and Powerpuff Girls series, with both designed to look like their original 90s versions, pre-reboots.
Besides that, here's five cartoon crossovers I'd be very interested to see in comic form:
-Jackie Chan Adventures/Xiaolin Showdown
-Jackie Chan Adventures/The Batman
-Samurai Jack/Sym-Bionic Titan
-Motorcity/Megas XLR
-Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers/Darkwing Duck/Ducktales
The most unlikely/unrealistic comic crossover I'd want to see would be IDW's Mickey Mouse/Donald Duck/Uncle Scrooge meets DC's Looney Tunes
Top 10 Favorite Comics as of September 2019
Image: Unnatural, Isola, Monstress
Marvel: Magnificent Ms. Marvel
IDW: Samurai Jack: Lost Worlds
Other: Chuck Mullin's Bird Brain, Huda F's "Yes, I'm Hot in This," Nathan W. Pyle's Strange Planet, Dirk Manning & K. Lynn Smith's Hope, Samurai Grandpa
The only one of those that even slightly interests me is Rocky and Bullwinkle/Rocket Racoon and Groot. Although, I'd probably refer Rocket and Groot meet Bugs and Daffy or Darkwing Duck.
A Gravity Falls/Over the Garden Wall comic crossover would be fun to see too, after thinking about it for a bit longer.
It's also possible for an ongoing Rick and Morty comic series, where every issue Rick and Morty travel to different multiverses consisting of a different cartoon, movie, game, comic, or any other media every issue.

Why would you want to see cartoons crossover in a comic book when talking about cartoons? Seems like it would be more interesting to see cartoons crossover in cartoons.
This also starts really weird, as it begins with two comic books character. It then gets kind of boring as some of these characters actually have crossed over in the cartoons.
If I wanted 10 cartoon crossovers, it would probably be something like:
- Metalocalypse/Jem and the Holograms
- Rick and Morty/Mister Peabody
- Samurai Jack and Action Dexter from Ego
- Samurai Jack/Korgoth
- Speed Racer/Dead Race 2000 (but really only if the character design and use of color stayed like the original cartoon)
- GI Joe Vs Transformers (it would just be cool to see someone turn that Tom Scioli & John Barber comic into a cartoon, there are a few animation studio that could probably do it justice)
- Inferno Cop/South Park
- Popeye/One Piece
- JLA/Avengers (done in the style of Bruce Timm stuff...the good looking stuff)
- The Uncanny X-Men and The New Teen Titans (would be funny if Dan Hipp did the design work)
Bruce Timm doing a Superman Vs Godzilla and Batman vs Dracula would also be cool. Batman could be that retro look of the original cartoon, Superman could have that.
Animated Trinity vs Animaniacs 3

I would like to see Crawford Crow meet any bird character, especially Donald Duck or Daffy Duck :-)
Some definite possibilities there.
