Where has Kaine been since SPIDER-VERSE and what does he have to do with the Jackal’s plan?!

Though the latter part is intriguing, the "where" question has been floating around some heads since Secret Wars announced it would move the timeline 8 months into the future.

3) Lost between universes and/or Loomworld?
4) Waiting in shadows, unaware Morlun & his family were defeated?
5) In Mexico, drinking margaritas like he always (not) wanted?

No, it's never blasphem to wish for your favourite characters return. = )

It is only blasphem if it is on the expense of another character... The return of Ben Reilly doesn't HAVE to be something detrimental to Peter Parker - it's all in the execution.

Bring back Ultimate Jessica as well! Funny how the last time she was around and had a major role was also the same as Scarlet Spider.

She was also in All-New Ultimates, which ran at the same time as Scarlet Spiders. Ultimate Jessica Drew would definitely fit in with Clone Conspiracy, as she's effectively Ben Reilly and X-23's Ultimate counterpart (she's a clone of Peter Parker like Ben, but gender swapped like Laura). Trouble is, her two codenames and her civilian name are all used by other heroes in 616, so she, as far as we know, wasn't carried over after Secret Wars. Saying that though, Bombshell, another of her and Miles's teammates, did survive, but has hardly been used (appeared only once, I think, in issue 3 of Miles's book), so they could easily say Ultimate Jessica went into hiding, taking on a new name. Or maybe she ended up on a world other than 616 - something that Miles's apparent new girlfriend Spider-Gwen would be able to deal with.

Please let this lead to Kaine having a book to continue his story, unless we can have Ben back, Kaine is my favorite spider-character alive

It's actually pretty easy to do it, get another version from the Multiverse, just because Ben Reilly died in Spider-verse doesn't mean there's not another similar version of him running around that they can call back for the event.
