Going by the interview, I say is safe to say Black Mask wasn't a factor on this version of UtRH. I'm still not feeling Mask's new design but I'm realy interested on seeing the way Lobdell will handle him.

I can Fay Gunn and Nocturna. Killer Croc in Pre-Crisis. Who else?

I think Lobdell said in an interview he's not planning to add more to the team. Personally, I prefer Jason either solo or in a small team because these work better in term of exploring and developing his character, which is what I care most about. And the current team formation is such a genius move I wouldn't want to change a thing.
