Calvin Rankin from the Exiles has been my favorite Mimic- hence the avatar. He seems to be the most unheralded charcter among X-Men writers except for Judd Winnick. I hope they resurrect this guy and restore him to the X-Men o Avengers or both teams in Secret Wars.

I like Mimic and would love to see more of him. While I do think that the wings provide a cool visual, I would like it if he gained some new abilities. I would keep Cyclops powers and Jean's tk + tp. But I would drop Angel's wings for Northstar's flight/speed and replace Iceman's powers with Storm's. I would drop Beast's abilities for Wolverine/X-23 healing +enhanced senses.

At this point now, is Mimic a "hero" or villain?

I like if he kept Cyclops powers, Jean tk + tp, and Ice Man ice powers. Maybe change Angel's powers to Northstar and someone random.

I also like wings on Mimic it helps him seperate from other costume heroes, not many characters out there with wings.

Mimic and Omega were teaming to help people around the world staying out of super hero battles and focus on helping.
