Default "Night of the Monster Men" will be integral to future storylines in Detective Comics

    Read bottom-to-top, as per usual.

Orlando is co-writing it with King and Tynion right? It makes sense that they would work something out to where it helps develop the ongoing storylines in their respective books, particularly Batman given it's been doing a lot to set things up .

Yep, Orlando's working the Monster Men storyline into what everyone else is doing in their own books, and might also be helping make sure all the character "voices" stay consistent between the writers.

I'm really curious to see how they all tie together. I hope it's a good one, and not disappointing like Robin War was.

It feels so good to actually care about Bat-Family events again. DC has earned back a lot of trust in a short amount of time. A solid group of writers doing a crossover using consistently good ongoing series, nice.

I'll have to read Robin War eventually. I've always been reluctant to read stuff with negative reception, especially from other Robin fans. It has good writers, so I wonder what's so bad about it.
