Spider-UK's home reality is still gone.

Technically, the current multiverse is a "different" multiverse than the one from before q2 of 2015. Most of it is the same, but some of it (the stuff that Marvel needed to have changed) is different. So, Spider-UK's universe is gone because it needs to be for Spider-UK to work as a character. Ditto for the various universes that the members of the Squadron Supreme hail from.

But, MC2 gets a pass (or gets "replaced") because somebody at Marvel wants it (for whatever reason).

it's funny how all of them are the product of failed relationships.
Plus, did Black Widow and Captain Hydra ever even hook up?

Steve routinely donates his "super-soldiers" to a local clinic.

I looked at the continuity in Secret Wars #9, and it states after the "8 months later" section, Sue consults Valeria about what happened, and Val tells her the mechanics : Franky dreams them up, Reed places them, Owen powers them. Then, the Future Foundation are getting into their research craft to catalogue the whole thing, (Multiverse), so it's completed and done by 8 months later, or they wouldn't be getting in their craft. If it wasn't completed they would wait till it was all done, wouldn't they?

The 8 month gap is irrelevant for Reed and Sue and the rest of the Foundation. If I recall, the remains of Battleworld (where Reed et al are standing) are outside of time. That is why is appears that the multiverse reformed instantaneously. The Foundation crew can go anywhere and anywhen they like (at least from Battleworld).

As for who did what, we know that Reese was not just providing power to the new multiverse. He was probably sneaky about it, but we know that he made things happen for Miles Morales. And, is anybody really going to blame Franklin Richards for the Maker surviving? (My "go to" explanation is that Reese is responsible for some of the more depraved elements of post="Secret Wars" Marvel. The guy is a whackaloon. He made bad things happen.)

Yeah, in that alternate universe where the Next Avengers were hatched, all those relationships were much better and children were brought into the world. Or, it was just like this universe, except they had more sex than the MU. Certainly the MU was very prudish, and that's why children never came from those couplings. (Too much emphasis on safe sex or, no sex outside marriage).

There could be other explanation for the Next A, that the couples had time to procreate, and weren't "concerned with bringing children into this whackadoo world", as Janet Pym put it. I think that was the main reason those couplings never produced children in the MU.
