I'm just finishing up a late supper. When I went to Aldi's after Big Y I discovered there was no meat left other than ground turkey. I bought marsala cooking wine mushrooms and onions from the big Y thinking I can get some boneless chicken breasts at Aldi's. So I'm going to have to wait on using the Marsala wine but I'm def going to have to figure out what to do with those fresh veggies. I ended up getting the ground turkey and making them into chicken breast shaped patties and frying it with the same seasonings that I was going to use with the chicken as well have the other stuff I planned to have with it. It turned out well.

    Ground turkey
    Black beans
Mixed green salad with black olives and Ranch dressing
    Garlic bread.

I decided to treat myself to a bottle of Chardonnay on special at the liquor store next to Aldi's (It was a steal). So I decided to have a glass with this meal. Very yummy together. I'm so glad the weather man was right about the weekly forecast because I had planned for this day. Like he said, it was beautiful today. My bags were not as light as I was hoping though but I managed it.
