What we used to call life has very little worth these days. Welcome to the very edge.

I love churros! Sadly, haven't had one in years though.

Did have a yogurt and kind bar for breakfast, and will have chicken with mixed veggies and peanuts for dinner.

    Yum!

Sounds so good! Do you make this yourself or buy this delightful concoction, Daddy?

I just ate some pork chops seasoned with uh...the seasoning that comes with instant noodles. I was going to fix a real dinner, but I got lazy.

I was out all day today for my wife's birthday - we went to Las Vegas.

For lunch we went to Monta and I had shoyu ramen, she had miso ramen.

Dinner was at Lotus of Siam, where I had crispy duck with drunken noodles (best duck I have ever had) and she had fried rice with beef. The Northern Thai cuisine wasn't as big a draw as it first was for me, since my little town now has a Thai restaurant serving many of those dishes (although I was unaware of the exact origins until I read the menu tonight).

I'd suggest either place to anyone looking for such stuff in Vegas.
