Very close to enter were Gosamyr and Changeling, both getting 13 points, was nearly enough to make it. But.... they didn't

He started out as a bad kid, starting the famous Riot at Xaviers. His motives to stay were vague for a long time. But became a good student later on. Quentin later graduated and became a graduate student/assistant at the school.

Doctor Kavita Rao

She used several mutants as a guinea pig for the "Cure" and even took away their powers, working with the bad guy Ord. Later she joined the X-Club and helped the X-Men with various issues. Like most of the former X-Club, her current whereabouts are unknown

Mimic

He started as a villain, fighting the original X-Men and duplicated their powers, making him quit a challenge to defeat. Later he joined as a helper of Onslaught. When he was freed from Bastion by Excalibur, he became friends with them. He came back into the spotlights, helping out the X-Men, meanly Rogue.

Darkstar

As part of the Soviet Super-Soldiers and later Winter Guard, the Soviet heroes were considered as villains and acted as such. However since in the real world the wall came tumbling down, so was their villain status (at least for Darkstar). She even joined The X-Corperation, fighting with, instead of against the X-Men. She died on one of their missions, but came back to life in the Winter Guard mini series (a recommendation to read!)

Glob Herman

He was more a blind follower with a rebellion heart within the Omega Gang, but still, he was a 'bad guy' at the school, though never a serious danger to anyone. Now he became officially part of Storm's current time and done some stupid things many times, but with the attention of being a good guy.

Random.

He was 'born' in the labs of Dark Beast and assisted evil Hank. Later became a bounty hunter, mostly contracted by villains, to hunt down members of mostly X-Factor. Later het joined X-Factor as a member of the team.

Sunfire

His bad uncle Tomo inspires Shiro to take the identity of Sunfire and engage in a one-man battle against the U.S. As Sunfire, he attacks the United States Capitol and battles the X-Men. Later he fights some other Marvel heroes in several books. When Xavier offers him membership of the X-Men, he became one of the good guys, well, until he joined the Marauders or worked with Apocalypse, I guess.

Caliban

First he started as a Morlock and hijacked Kitty Pride. However he came to his senses and let her go. So then he was not a real villain was he? Maybe not, but alater, when Cyclops asked for Caliban to rescue X-Factor, after they were captured, Caliban simply apologized and agreed to become Apocalypse's Hellhound, out of his own free will. Later, Caliban was hunted by the Dark Riders, Apocalypse’s replacements for the Horsemen. Saved by Cable, Domino, and Storm, he later joined X-Force.

Sabretooth

Well, we thought before he actually became one of the good guys and we were tricked. Now, after AXIS, he has turned sides again and once more serving on board an X-Men team. Is he tricking us again, or has he really changed his ways. We don't know, right. But at this moment he is is a good guy, some seem to think.

Siryn

She was brought up by Black Tom and as soon as she developed her mutant powers, she aided him on committing crimes. She, her uncle and Juggernaut even fought with the X-Men at one point.Black Tom then wrote a letter to Banshee telling his daughter lived and after reunited with him, she became a cast member of X-Force, X-Corperation and later X-Factor. Now she is Morrican, we don't know anything else....

KWANNON

She started as a prime assassin of the Japanese crimelord Lord Nyoirin and the ninja mystics called the Hand. But got brain-damaged after an assignment. Spiral then did some weird experiment and mixed the spirits of Kwannon and Psilocke divided in their badies. Kwannon, in the body of Elizabeth changed her codename to Revanche and became a short time member of the X-Men, before she died.
