Doom easily. He was doing things astronomically more powerful than Enchantress.

2. in Khazan (with prep)
Their prep seemed about equal: both capable of building plot-device world-destroying gizmos and not much else. With their prep cancelling out, it ends up being about personal abilities, in which field Doom stomps.
