Favorite Daredevil Run?

I believe Frank Miller and Mark Waid have the 2 greatest runs on Daredevil..obviously this is subjective, but i think there isn't really any other DD run that comes close to these 2..but there might be..

What was your all time favorite Daredevil run

Miller's, Waid's or maybe someone else's?

I admit that I was thinking of adding Bendis as the 3rd option and then have the 4th option be Other (Explain)...but i still think Miller and Waid's stuff is above Bendis's

How could you not include Bendis? Especially when you bring it up as a poll. There's a bias because of your choice to not include the writer who shaped the character so much in the 2000's.

My favorite is Nocenti's, but between her, Bendis and Miller, it's really difficult to choose.
I'm not a fan of Daredevil, but he is the probably the Marvel character who got the best story-arcs.
I've only read the first issue of Waid's DD, and like many Waid comics, it didn't impress me.

This is much too narrow. I feel like all-time picks need a minimum of five options, you'd be surprised how many people would pick someone else. I pick Bendis.

Brubaker, Nocenti, Kelly, Chichester, Wood, Loeb, and McKenzie are feasible to me. I even like some Diggle and Soule, and know people who really liked Smith.

Nocenti's run defined my childhood. Beer with the Devil is still the high point of Daredevil for me.

Well, I did not expect those options. I thought it was going to go, at a minimum:

Frank Miller
Brian Bendis
Ed Brubaker
Mark Waid

I would personally add:
Stan Lee
Gerry Conway
Ann Nocenti
D.G. Chichester
Karl Kesel
Joe Kelly

That being said, my choice was on that list because Frank Miller remains my favorite Daredevil writer. I think it clicks on every level.

Ann Nocenti 1980s era does it for me, especially with John Romita Jr. art.
