Not sure, but if it's in the format of Amazing Spider-Man N.1 (there's a bunch of .1 arc for Spidey) then it will be 5-6 issues.

It will go 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc, until the story is finished. Most of the Spidey ones are about 6 issues long.
