What ever happened to Warith (Zak-Del)?

I thought Wraith was pretty cool in Annihilation Conquest, but it seems as though that was his only appearance. Has anyone else used him? He could be an interesting cosmic Anti-hero or possibly a decent villain.

Edit: Oops, I meant for this to go in the Marvel forum, and to write "Wraith" rather than "Warith." Oh well.

I also liked him, but it appears that reception of his character was lukewarm among the general audience. I'm not sure if he appeared afterwards in comics, but he was in fact used in the new Guardians of the Galaxy cartoon episode 'Fox on the Run', where he's given an altered back story, but pretty much looks the same as he did in the comics.
