Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are,
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Oh yeah, I take them with more than a grain of salt these days. Its just that between when it was first rumored to now things were so quiet I was wondering if things had changed.
Also, a suggestion to the males here: don't even go there with the boobs. Please don't. Because it perpetuates the stereotype that male comic book fans have never seen the female body before. Those are not porn star tits. They are not ridiculously large, and they're not ballooning out from the chest, rather have a little bit of sag. If you don't like the style fine, but let's not say things that are embarrassing.

Ouch :P Can't believe we're going from Chiang to Finch. Talk about a bad transition. I'm really, really bummed.
I'm very much looking forward to this. The myth story was alright but it can't be the only focus so I'm glad they will have a departure from this for a while. I want to see Diana go back to being a superhero in her own book and so I'm glad this will happen. Here's hoping we get her rogues gallery built up. The current run was a good story yes, but it was an Olympus story and didn't really have the focus on WW that I wanted to see. I hope Meredith Finch is good and I'm looking forward to see where she takes it; more female writers is always a good thing. I think besides that one mishap with a WW drawing (you know the one), David Finch has drawn her and everybody else fine and overall he's pretty good. I'd also like to see some team-ups with some other characters that she hasn't interacted with before in the New 52. Does anyone have have any idea of team-ups they want to see?

Hyped for Pokémon Sun and Moon! Nickname your Sun Legend after me!
Cyborg is a Leaguer forever, not a Titan"There are two main times when comic book fans gripe: When something changes and when something stays the same."
Wait, didn't Finch use the other Justice League members in his Batman run on whatever excessive bat-title he was on at the time?
Oh God, are we getting a repeat of that?
There already is a book for WW teaming up with Superman.
I wouldn't mind Flash and Hal showing up though.
I would continue reading the book if the new creative team was good, but it isn't.You've said in the past that you're reading the book for the current supporting cast and not for Wonder Woman herself and with Azz killing off a good portion of the current cast, you most likely wouldn't continue reading the book once he left regardless of who took over.
It'd be great if we had a book about Superman and Wonder Woman working together with guest appearances from other characters... Perhaps if it was written by Charles Soule and drawn by Tony Daniels.
WW's book stood out because it was in its own corner of the DCu instead of a generic superhero book, so this move will just make the book less interesting to me.
Which means Supes. And more than likely, the bland, personality-void Wonder Woman who currently inhabits JLA and Superman/Wonder Woman....and instead spotlight Wonder Woman's "interpersonal relationships and her responsibilities to the Amazons and her fellow heroes in the Justice League."
Ugh.
Comparing JL Wonder Woman with Soule's Wonder Woman should be punishable by 10 lashings.
Sorry to hear you're not enjoying either version. Still though, the two are nothing alike (a condemnation of Johns version).
Can't say I agree.
While I wasn't as rabidly opposed to the idea as some of the less pro-Azz fans on this forum, I did find it a bit frustrating that Diana had so little interaction with the larger DCU. It wouldn't have been such an issue if there was some in-story justification for the isolation. Like if Diana were spending a fair bit of time on Olympus or the Underworld or some other places where most other heroes simply can't easily go. But it was really just Azz refusing to play ball with the rest of the universe.
Now don't get me wrong, his story has been great, and it certainly isn't diminished by the lack of other heroes. But a new change of pace is still a welcome thing.

Well you're clearly exaggerating. I don't like Johns WW but she has characterization. Its just a bad one. And so does Soule's. And his is much better. And not at all that far off from Azzarello's.
