My heart breaks into thousands of pieces each time I see the snake trying to avoid the death of his friend the magician, screaming against the "shapes" which will take him to the other world... "GO AWAY !"

Yeah. We3 for sure. I'm sucker for a shaggy dog (and cat and rabbit) story. Probably others as well. I don't cry at the drop of a hat, but some things get me.

Same here. It didn't help that my dog had passed away about two weeks before I read it.

Also shed a tear by the end 'It's a Bird...'

I must be a crier because I have several stories I could list. Spider-Men made me cry a few times but what was really emotional for me was when our Peter Parker was able to meet Ultimate Gwen Stacy and Aunt May. The last Ultimate Thor mini-series was brutal and I teared up. The Three story in Fantastic Four by Hickman was a tear jerker, especially when Johnny died after sacrificing himself for Ben Grimm. I had happy tears for Madrox when he finally came back to our universe after dying several times. Actually, Peter David's run on X-Factor was one of the best and emotionally driven book's I've ever read. Age of X had some good moments that made me cry at the end of that story. Remender's Uncanny X-Force had a lot of moments too. And the list could go on if I had more time. But yeah, I cry all the time when the right moments happen with my favorite characters and the art is able to convey the emotions properly.

The only thing that's coming to mind is Uncanny X-Men # 303, the death of Illyana 'Magik' Rasputin(a?). Must have been nine or ten the first time I read it.

I Kill Giants was probably the first one that got me. I think Jeff Lemire's Tales from the Farm and a couple issues of Daytripper, as well.

That was fantastic - and I don't usually like Joe Kelly's work.

I've just thought of one. The very end of Morrison's Animal Man brought a small tear of happiness to my eye. He handled that perfectly.
