I placed an order on 9/22 and the next day Andrea wrote and said

I would like to let you know that I'm in the process of casting new Hellboy sculptures. Your Hellboy will be in the batch of casts which I am doing this moment. The demand was and high, so, therefore I am running a bit short on inventory. Everything is handmade with a lot of care!

I placed my order on 9/14 and just received it yesterday. He told me he had more demand than expected so it was taking a bit longer to fulfill orders. He certainly does take a lot of care with the product though.
