Yeah, Anakin damn sure couldn't lift it as he had already been tainted by the dark side. I'm not sure about Yoda, Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, Mace Windu or Luke either. While Jedi Knights are good guys, they're not worthy enough to defeat the Mjolnir enchantment.

If a Jedi has to pick Thor's Hammer, it has to be Yoda.

That's such an image I don't want to see that if this ever was a story I'd hope that never happens. It was dumb enough seeing Yoda fighting with a lightsaber, seeing him this a hammer the same size as him would be even worse.

But it it did happen it should just go full stupid. Yoda because huge, he gets long hair, he has some ridiculous Jedi robes/Thor costume mix...maybe shows off Thor Yoda's new rock hard abs.
