Well, he looks like he just came out of his bath, so maybe Archimedes?
What's in his hand? His other hand looks like he should be holding a staff.
Is it a reproduction of an actual statue? Haven't come across any statues that look like that, so far.

Half-naked, with a staff... If what he holds is a lamp-oil, it could be Diogenes. A quite muscular one.
