This one still gives me chuckles from What If vol 1, number 34.

Hellboy's first appearance from San Diego Comic Con issue #2 page 1:
“Now faith, hope, and love remain, and the greatest of these is love.”--1 Corinthians 13:13
“You had a dream; I have a plan”--Cyclops
“There's no point in being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes.”--The Doctor
One of the best pages in any Thor comic ever, and it doesn't even feature Thor. "He stood alone at Gjallerbru" From Thor #362 page 18:
“Now faith, hope, and love remain, and the greatest of these is love.”--1 Corinthians 13:13
“You had a dream; I have a plan”--Cyclops
“There's no point in being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes.”--The Doctor
The passing of the mantle of Starman. From Starman #80 page 35:
“Now faith, hope, and love remain, and the greatest of these is love.”--1 Corinthians 13:13
“You had a dream; I have a plan”--Cyclops

I was thinking of posting these too but you beat me to them. I also was going for the Ditko Spider Man page too. So memorable esp in the context of the story.
Steranko told a funny story about these pages once. When he turned themin Stan was reluctant to go with them because in a comic book, you didn't do fold outs. Steranko told him that you could tell the fans to buy two issues to get the full effect and then Stan agreed.

My understanding is that Steranko was supposed to have finished the Claw story an issue earlier, but had more left to tell and Stan wasn't happy. From this four page panel and the final double page spread (which I am surprised you haven't posted, IM) in a mere 11 page story leaves very little room for plot and dialogue.
Strange Tales 167, a true classic.
