    Default Animated TV shows wish-list

are there any comic book properties that you'd like to see animated? or animated further?

    1. Hellboy: the animated movies were solid. I was really hoping that they could use that to launch at least one season based on that concept.

    2. Skeleton Key: Andi Watson's indie comic printed through Slave Labor Graphics. I loved this title. I've read that it was in production hell and eventually died out. but it was a great little comic.

there are others, of course, but I figured I would start with the two that I can't really imagine anybody else wanting.

My dream animated series would be....

The New Gods: A Sci-fi Action Series using Jack Kirby'so classic creations. Would probably work best on HBO

Green Lantern Corps: A anthology series with each episode focusing on a different member of the Green Lantern, Blue Lanterns, Red Lanterns, Star Sapphire & Sinestro Corps. On Cartoon Network

Justice Society of America: A cartoon focusing on Golden Age versions of the heroes. Maybe a online show.

Howard The Duck: Make it for an Adult audience and put it on Netflix.

ROM: Hasbro had the rights again, might as well make a ROM cartoon for Discovery Family.

Catwoman. (They had actually considered her at one time as a spin-off of Batman: The Animated Series.) Never going to happen, but a boy can dream.

Bone is an obvious choice. I could swear a deal had been brokered, at one point.

I'd like to see the Archie Goodwin/Walt Simonson Manhunter adapted into a DC Animated feature.

Metal Men could potentially make a great series, same with Sugar 'n' Spike.

DNAgents had a development deal at one point; I would have liked to have seen it.
The Rocketeer could be a really good one.
Flaming Carrot would be awesome and mindblowing.

How about some animated TV shows from the perspective of the villain. I wouldn't mind seeing a day in the life of a megalomaniac. Worked for Sopranos, Narcos, and the like, lol.

Possible contenders: Darkseid, Thanos, Apocalypse, Mr. Sinister.
From gunrunners and drug cartels, to crime syndicates and super-villains, no lawbreaker is outside the Legion's jurisdiction.

There are people who don't want a Hellboy cartoon? What madness is that?

I think that concept works better on B-string (or C through Z string) villains. Nobody who can rule the world, but maybe wants to pull off a big heist like a bank or casino. Or a comedy with like Condiment King or Crazy Quilt or Ten Eyed Man.

    Some I'd like to see:
    1. Squirrel Girl. Done outside the Disney XD cartoons cause meh.
    2. Young Justice season three.
    3. Superman needs another cartoon, it's been forever.
    4. Flash needs a cartoon. With Jay, Barry, and both redhead and black Wally's. Walli? Whatever you call a plural of Wally Westeses.

Another cry for Young Justice, that show ending when it did was criminal.

I think a Deadpool cartoon could be pretty cool, Marvel and Fox might be able to put it together since it's not a multi-million dollar movie. might be the only way to see a proper "The Good the Bad and the Ugly adaptation."

Sym-Bionic Titan and Spectacular Spider-Man need to be completed.

Also, Exosquad and Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles
