There is only one Goliath and as far as I am aware he is the last of his kind so there can't really be a second one. (at least not unless Oz or Dr. M have created another one for some reason.)

This is like Teen Titans and Raven mini-serie.. Two comics and the same character is different.. Here the old appearance, in TT, we see a Scary Goliath.. Maybe I am wrong, and in the next chapter of TT Goliath is less scary and more like in ROBIN SON OF BATMAN
