Wow! I got chills seeing Diana comforting those women!

More of this, please, DC! And by "more of this" I mean "More of this FOREVER. Not just until Rucka leaves the book."

Very happy with this run so far, do have to say I prefer her traditional tiara to the one Sharpe's been using ... it's too bulky and there's something about the way he draws her face and head that seems off to me, but I'm nit-picking

Mm, that was some really awesome panel structuring! I'm really hoping that when the groups collide, there will be a bit more plot moving as well. But...I have a sneaking suspicion that this issue will end just as Diana and Steve meet again.

That last page, either it speaks to the guy's confidence in Diana, or the lack of threat he considers Cheetah to be when he can pull that kind of face when she's standing right in front of him and has just threatened him.

It feels like Diana is back, doesn't it?

Definitely looking forward to seeing Diana and Steve on the same page
If ten years of recording The Young and the Restless for my mother have taught me anything, it's that characters in serial dramas are always happily in love...until they're not

Great preview. It's Diana at her best, protecting the weak and saving the oppressed. Rucka's first arc on this series has been hit or miss at times, but the past few issues have been really hitting all the right notes. Hope that continues.

I think he makes that face in spite of the threat that Cheetah presents because he know that Diana is there to save him should she attack.

Which I would say is pretty risky considering Cheetah's finger is at best 2 inches from his face.

Dude's a soldier. Soldiers tend to be made of braver stuff than most people. They do, after all, willingly take up a job in which they have a better-than-average chance of meeting a violent death.

    Only dead soldiers tempt death.

How is not showing fear tempting death?

Should he fall to his knees and beg for his life?
