Symphony of the Night really blew me away when I first played it. Never had I heard such eerie yet beautiful music used in a game before. it really enhanced the experience for me.
Death Adder's theme from Golden Axe. The real deal in every sense. This game is such a wonderful representation of Sword and Sorcery. Visually, conceptually, and aurally:
^The original DKC had the best BGM! I especially loved the main jungle level theme, that starts with the bongos and later on takes a complete shift in tone and atmosphere. The subsequent games also had great music, but never quite on the level of the original DKC, though I love the bramble bush and rockface themes.
Take my dreams, childish and weak at the seams
Please don't analyze, please just be there for me
