I figured some people might be interested in this given the talk of the Rebirth Superman punching a dinosaur in a recent comic. New52 Superman beat him to the punch- literallly!!!

Actually, Post-Crisis/Superdad has punched dinosaurs long before New 52 Superman came along. So did Pre-Crisis, actually. Superman punching dinosaurs is nothing new, but man is it fun when he does.

Basically every version of the character has to do it at least once! It's like an initiation rite for Superman.

Even the animated version by Bruce Timm/Paul Dini did it as well. (I know that was just a robot, but it was still a dinosaur robot)

I don't have much interest in something that is silly just for the sake of nostalgia. I did like that issue or ACTION COMICS a lot, but it was forward thinking and moving.
