AFAIK, basline humans, human mutants, and, Inhumans are and have always been genetically compatible.
not only them them but also the deviants (maelstrom is a inhuman /deviant hybrid) and eternals (Thena's Children with humans and deviants, Thane) I wouldn't be surprised if the mutants were simply a byproduct of the eternals and deviants adding some genes to the human genepool.

Surprised? Maybe not... But, you would be absolutely wrong.

So after the terrigen cloud is destroyed (Inhumans don't need it to activate new Inhumans, that can be done under controlled circumstances, plus it kills some humans and causes dangerous mutations in some Inhumans) why not have the mutant and Inhuman leadership marry each other? Storm and Black Bolt could get married and have a child together. Magneto and Medusa could get married and have a child together.

    Thoughts?
Why? What would that do? There is absolutly no reason storm or magneto would marry BB or Medusa

That would only work in a feudal monarchy. And even then, historically, such unions rarely last.

Unacceptable. Medusa isn't interesting enough. She don't know hardship or a day's work. Magneto and Enchantress? Maybe. Medusa? Nah.

Bah, CELESTIALS created the mutants (which is why the Dreaming Celestial's energies restored Magneto's X-gene and why Apocalypse is their agent on Earth) and Inhumans are just a second-rate trying-hard wanna-be copycat made by the Kree using the DNA of extinct alien races (that Inhuman mini-series drawn by Ladronn) to imitate the Celestials.

Oh sweet merciful Goddess no. Please no. It sounds like the premise for very bad fic. And as people have said, it wouldn't solve anything anyway.

As people said mutants aren't all part of some kingdom.

In any case I wouldn't mind a team book with young inhumans and mutants working together as one unit since I generally like the x-men, and I only like the young new inhumans.

It would've been interesting to see how this recent conflict would have affected Luna being of both the Inhuman royal family and the House of Magnus but that would involve Marvel having a sense of foresight.

Whoever leads the X-Men has become the defacto leader of all mutants. Ever since mutants got diminished first time around by the Scarlet Witch, the X-Men leaders (then Cyclops and Emma Frost) became the leaders of all mutants. Mutants disproportionately lived on Utopia or SF to be under the protection of the X-Men. Now they disproportionately live in Limbo (under Storm's protection) while the ones on earth are protected by Magneto. Storm and Magneto for all intents and purposes are the LEADERS of MUTANTS.

Actually, the Celestials (See: Eternals #1 1976) created the Deviants, the Eternals and the Humans (See: Homo Sapiens). At some point the Human genome was altered to include an "X-Gene" which later proved to produce Human Mutants (See: Homo Superior).

    Correct. Mutants aren't a kingdom.
    Inhumans, they're subjects of Attilan.
    Mutants, they're subjects of Krakoa
