Do we really need "The Spider Team" for this? Can't Spidey just defeat Osborn on his own?

Also...a Goblin Mech Suit just seems a bit much. Like "Doc Ock turns into a mutant giant monster in Ultimate Spider-Man" much bit much.

Those edits to the color make the show look so much better.

...Are they really just recoloring the Hobgoblin suit for the Goblin costumes? Is that their actual Green Goblin design? That's pretty disappointing .

Not really though? The designs are kind of distinct from one another, what with Hobby's cape, tunic, cowl, and chainmail.

I wouldn't say recolor...He has a different brow on his cowl and his cloak/cape (I'd say the biggest change Hobgoblin had was the elements of the costume)...That said no one, including Hobgoblin himself would ever deny that he was a copy. Grey Goblin was the recolor through and through. I wonder if Gabriel Stacy will be adapted as Gwen's cousin or something...any major changes they do with that character would only be an improvement...

Pal, haven't you heard about "voice modulators"? I believe Osborn used it when usurped Harry's identity as the HobGoblin. And even if it's not Osborn in that scene, what makes you think Osborn hasn't just used a double to take the blame while he acted more clandestinely? Don't you remember HobGoblin's first schemes? He wanted to gain the strength of the Green Goblin, but he knew Osborn's formula turned him crazy; and he was not an imbecile at all. He first used a poor guy as pignea pig to test the new formula, to make sure he wouldn't suffer the same side effects. Only when his test proved a working process, he used it on himself.

Forget mediocrity, the teaser makes me think this will be one hot garbage of an arc.

What happened to Vulture and his gang of Vultures wannabes? They were ignored completely for so long. And what's with Goblins being in the forefront when Harry was the only Goblin?

Obviously, Osborn recruited Vulture and his wannabes for his army. And Norman gained the power of the Green Goblin while he was wearing the HobGoblin's suit, with the explosion of a green liquid. Just like in the 90s series.
