Hopefully it's at least a step up from USM, which shouldn't be too difficult.

A template for a great Spider-Man animated series already exists: Spectacular Spider-Man. Marvel should be trying to replicate that (except maybe with more traditional character designs).

I actually like the new voice actor for Pete and his homegrown look has grown on me a lot.

I have to say, I've been much more impressed by the production values and promotion for the new Ducktales cartoon then I have been with how Marvel and Disney XD are handling this new Spider-Man cartoon.
