Ooo! Sounds like fun. I'm glad they're incorporating the WW II era of the ABC series into it. (And when is that WW/Bionic Woman cross-over due?)

I only support the made of clay origin.

Okay, can our brains handle this much wacky fun in one place? Dunno. But I'm sure planning to find out!
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are,
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Yeah, I'm psyched for this...especially after watching 'Return of the Caped Crusaders'.

What intrigues me the most is how, for the first time, we'll be seeing the Adam West version of Batman outside the 60's...as a kid in WW2 and as an older hero in the 70's. I've always been curious about the backstory of the '66 Batman, and also what would have happened to him after the show. The reference to DKR is interesting because there are theories that Miller intended the DKR Batman to be a kind of successor to the Adam West Batman. (And if you think about it, the timeline sorta fits...DKR Batman was 55, so assuming the story was set in 1986, that means this Batman had his heyday in the 50's and 60's!)

Will West-Batman in '77 still be the campy 'caped crusader' or will he have become more of a 'Dark Knight' as he did in the comics of the time? Is Dick still Robin and fighting by his side or has he gone solo, and possibly assumed the identity of Nightwing? These, and a lot of other intriguing questions will leave me burning with curiosity till December!

We have seen the Adam West Batman and Burt Ward Robin outside the 60's.
They both appeared in the 1979 tv show "LEGENDS OF THE SUPERHEROES" in 2 episodes.

I have gotten all the BATMAN 66 comics and I am looking forward to teamup story with Wonder Woman 77.

I'm soooo looking forward to this.

Is there a 'Who should WW '77 team up with?' thread started, yet?

Not that I'm aware of but I think a team-up with Isis would be great!

    Same here.
However, due to current real-world issues, we'd probably get Wonder Woman '77/Shazam! with Isis as a guest-star.

I would like to see Wonder Woman '77 meet Electra-Woman and Dyna-Girl, as well as Nancy Drew.
