And you can choose only one.
And you can choose only one.
It's hard. There are a lot of dimensions to one's person. Their values, their personality, their mental and emotional strengths & weaknesses. I'd have to narrow it down from Superman, Wonder Woman, Wally West, and Green Arrow. I'll have to try and work this one out.
Superman because I'm the son of immigrants and like to show compassion towards the vulnerable, and try to see the best in people. I also try to be a good role model. I rarely if ever lie (honest!)
Wonder Woman because I'm a student of politics, diplomacy, conflict resolution, and sociology. While I advocate peace, my hobby is boxing, so I actually enjoy fighting.
Wally West because my mind races a lot and it makes me anxious, cynical, and frustrated at times, and I have a similar sense of humor.
Green Arrow because I'm militant about combating oppressive elites and unapologetic about it, while being more privileged than most.
But the thread says I can only choose one. I think I'll choose Wally West. I had a happy childhood (though unlike him I got along with my parents) and had a sense I could do good since early on in life. I'm equal parts cheery and sarcastic, and I like to stay grounded & levelheaded, but I also have some hard lines where I distinguish right and wrong and am not afraid to disagree with people. And of course, family is the most important thing to me.
Beast Boy, good natured, immature attidute towards life, would have an equally hard time controlling myself among the ocean of scandily clad supermodels that make up DC's female superheroes, unlike the rest of DC male heroes.
I'm pretty much a Ted Kord clone.
I'd go with Tim Drake. Big surprise, I know. I'm slightly geeky in real life, slightly mischievous, an industrial tech student, angsty at times, I try to be cerebral and push myself forward despite my limitations, I feel like a bit of an underdog sometimes, I've always connected with Tim.
Also, we both really like Kon El
For me it's Snapper Carr. Not that nothing-happening punk Lucas, but the real deal, Snapper.
Probably Raven.
Tim Drake. Although Lobdell almost destroyed him and the rest of the YJ4 in the New52, I never gave up on him. He's my all-time favourite.
I wonder if anyone will come out saying they are most like someone who is not their favorite.
Nelson Jent from Dial H.
I too am a overweight guy trying his best with (I hope) a heart of gold.
A bat! That's it! It's an omen.. I'll shall become a bat!
