Thanks everyone for participating, it was a great week of covers and I was really impressed to see the theme covered with such variety. My vote this week goes to worstblogever.

That cover with Krypto looking up at Superman like "I'm here for you big guy". So nice!

“You had a dream; I have a plan”--Cyclops
“There's no point in being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes.”--The Doctor
Seismic-2 because Krypto.

"When fascism comes to America it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying a cross." - Sinclair Lewis
“It’s your party and you can cry if you want to.” - Captain Europe
MRP Cause I enjoy that cover as well.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:
Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.
going with seismic-2 because I like the cover + I don't think he's ever won this thing.

“That’s right, I’m Doughy Man! Butter is my ally, steak does my bidding! Sour cream bows down before me in total abject terror!”
My vote, after a difficult decision making process, goes to nx01a.
The cover I chose was one I had in mind originally but it took me nearly a week to find an image of it. Still, a lot of good choices this week.
