That's rights, lads and gents. The Doctor ends up in one of the Phantasm movies and comes face to face with The Tall Man, the person or thing that controls the deadly spheres.
What happens now? Can the Doctor survive? Or has he finally met a Humanoid Abomination that can take him out?

The Tall Man can reanimate life, travel dimensions and stuff by some how tapping into heat and cold. Also is a worm alien thing in disguise. I see him as a decent recurring Who villain.
