That is weird. They are looking for any excuse to cut costs right now I think.

Seems a little bit sexist that they let Swagger and Orton get away with that but shoplift a $20 object and you're done.

I'm assuming that she just did this at the wrong time, and basically gave WWE an excuse to get rid of her. You don't want any undue attention like two weeks after your employer lets go an entire NBA roster's worth of people.

This is one of those times where I hope that TNA jumps all over this, and signs Emma up immediately. With a new name and a different haircut, nobody would even remember that she'd worked for WWE in the first place.

I'm reading there is definetly more to the story than what we heard.
My assumption was they weren't using her, she didn't get over, they have tons of women already, and she got bad press.
But apprently there is more.

I'm curious if there's more. I still think she's a good wrestler, and a fresh start somewhere else (meaning keep Santino away from her) could end up paying off down the line.

In the last five years Cena has been champion, revenue rose only once, which was his title reign from Bragging Rights 2009 through TLC of that year when he lost to Sheamus. The following four title reigns have seen drops and, “What’s more, the company’s income tends to rebound shortly after those title runs come to an end.”

Orton as champion sees revenues climb, and Punk’s record title reign was up and down and not consistent in revenue gains or drops.

Randy Orton truly is best for business.
