Well, if these first two episodes are any indication, I have a feeling I'm going to have a hard time like ANY of the characters this season.
Syd is still living high on her double-standard, and David is starting to go off the slippery slope.
I think the only characters in the first two episodes I'm really finding likable right now is Kerry/Carey (I swear if the Loudermilk twins die I will riot) and Switch.
The only character I liked from 3x01 was the Shadow King. I can't with the others anymore.

Wow! Amazing! That's how X-MEN are done! Fox and Marvel cooperating, with talent, intelligence, art, and continuity! Gabrielle Haller! Xavier alerting Farouk to his presence. An insane asylum and romance and family story framed by a nightmare. (I was half hoping to see the cameo of a tall, handsome, young but white-haired orderly at the mental institution.) With the S.K. stalking that baby, I was a mess--poor, poor little David. Maybe there's hope yet for the X-Men regarding future Marvel television projects on the more sophisticated Hulu. Now I'm totally afraid for what's going to happen to David by the end of this season (which I guess is the last).
And SPOILERS:
In case anyone wants to nitpick about Xavier's role when he first meets Gabrielle, I thought it was well done. In the comics, he is the psychiatrist, the therapist, who starts an affair with a totally helpless, dependent patient--bad, bad Charley. Here, he's a shell-shocked vet staying at the same European mental hospital. His chief mistake is reaching out with a Cerebro prototype, making contact with the wrong ancient mutant, Farouk, inadvertently starting the whole tragic chain of events.
Great episode. Gratitude.
So, no white haired pick-pocket in Cairo? Booo!
Let the flames destroy all but that which is pure and true!
Watched only 1 Episode yet but loved it! Awesome and creative as always.
me watching this right now: First Class who? James McAwhat? never heard of it!
(episode two was a snore thought.)
Great episode. Loved the scene of Lenny going thru her time thingy.
Intro was a nice display of his abilities. It's always blue.
Man...
That was obviously coming, and it was still a bit of a shock when it went down.
One perfectly selected musical number, and they just trumped everything the other live action "X" series/films have done or ever will do.
