Basically this episode not only had a character reference the Shi'ar (squee) but it also had even more clear evidence about David's inner voices continuing to not only talk to him but with each other... so those were two biggies.
Also finally he gets to chat with the "real" Shadow King and their relationship seemed almost... strangely cordial? To me. Like not really even all THAT hostile. So that was strange.
I feel this episode is hinting more and more David is the "true villain".
Curious about both the Monk and Admiral Fukyama.
Forget the old ways - Krakoa is god.
OBEY
- On that first one, it was interesting that it came up. Even more interesting that the new hybrid team seems well aware of it.
- As for that third one...

It does certainly feel like a possibility. It would certainly explain why Syd isn't telling David everything.
For the folks complaining about the series being too far removed from the comics?
That was for you.
I just wanted to say that those of you wondering why there is not more activity in this thread this season, in the UK we have only just received episode 1 of season 2 and so are three episodes behind; probably several other countries are in the same boat. It doesn't mean we're not watching it though.
Didn't love the season opener, but I have high hopes for the season as a whole, what with season 1 of Legion being my favourite show from last year. I think it has one of the best cast of any shows airing at the moment.
It's on Fox. The first showing of the week is on Tuesday at 9:00 o'clock pm.
Well Fox is via Sky, but there are legal ways to see Legion s2 without a satellite dish and a long-term sky contract:
if you are willing to pony up for £1.99 per episode you can buy season 2 episodes on Google Play as they are released;
if you don't necessarily want to own the series you could buy a Now TV monthly pass in the Entertainment category each month until the season is over - in fact, as they have a 14 day free trial, if you were willing to wait until the season was virtually over and all episodes were available I think you could perhaps binge-watch the entire season for free (I've not tried the Entertainment pass for Now TV so I don't know for sure how it works, but I think that might be possible).
