Hmm, good for fans, but I don't think I'll be watching season 3. How many episodes are left in season 2, again?

Yay I'm so happy it got renewed.
Sometimes it hits perfectly (love the guy playing Farouk), but most of the time I'm just rolling eyes because it tries so damned hard.
The Jon Hamm narrated intros are so full of themselves it's hard to digest.
Am I the only one who'd prefer her with David over Syd? David and Syd's hookup always seemed sort of artificial in the first season (nothing against Syd, Rachel's performance, their on-screen chemistry). It worked at Clockworks, but somehow it doesn't seem to "fit" in the second season.

It seems like they're showing the David-Syd romance sort of faltering or being unmasked as artificial in season 2. At least that's my view on it.
I think a lot depends on Future Syd. Her orientation to everything might tell us a lot about whether or not David-Syd is doomed or healthy.
For me, Lenny works not so much as a David love interest but more as a like chaotic explosive buddy. Like I think of Lenny as just a cool friend of David not really potential gf. Like other people said, she might be a lesbian as well. But I definitely agree with you about Syd, I mean Syd even literally said out loud as much that their relationship is kind of empty and hollow
Forget the old ways - Krakoa is god.

I give up. Can't handle it anymore. Ten minutes in the recent episode and I'm like, "Nope. I'm done with you."
So sad it couldn't keep me interested for two episodes.

Realistically speaking about fictional matters. | Nutcases need not respond. | Stay outta my DMs. | Why does the "House of Ideas" keep duplicating characters?! | If an idea or belief cannot stand up to criticism it's probably... bad.
