All hail the flaming goddess!!
What did everyone think of her in X-Men Legends btw?

I've actually been playing legends today (so much fun when played with siblings) but TBH can't say I'm thrilled with her in it. No reference is made to Nova Roma, she's used as a Kitty Pryde/movie!Rogue substitute and after being protaganist she isn't even mentioned in the sequel and is replaced by Sunfire.
On the comics side of things has she done anything since New Mutants ended?
I LOVE Magma.
I don't know if I have any scans of her fired up, but I might...let me see...nope. Not fired up.
She was a little dramatic for my liking when she first appeared in the series, but how can one dislike ANY of Claremont's New Mutants?
I need to get more scans of her.
oooh, especially from Demon Bear.

How did I miss Amara's thread!? Glad I looked through everything again...
She's not being used anywhere right now, is she?
Still not being used anywhere. I miss her. Hell i'm so desperete i tweeted the US Avengers writer if he could have Magma guest star. I just want to see her again... And With Bobby would just be a nice bonus!
Magma and Sunspot as a couple is to my liking.
I'd really, really like to see them in the pages of U.S. Avengers run into
Need some Magma... I prefer to see her in the new arc of UXM "Hellfire club" it would be really cool! Fingers crossed!!
Would the finale of Fearless Defenders be the most recent appearance of Magma? Alongside other Neo-Midgard Valkyries on Hippolyte's new Amazon Paradise Island?
Its a shame Defenders never caught on because it made great sense for Lady Amara to fit right in with those Women Warriors.
"I'll take the big one", indeed.

Wouldn't mind one of the childeren to be Alison Crestmere
Unfortunately Amara has been shown flying as nonsensical as that is for a character who's powers have been shown to be earth linked if not contact dependent.

I'd much rather that Magma either go the route similar to Iceman and ride on plumes of manipulated lava/rock spouts.
Or even like any of the DC characters named Terra since Amara has been shown to have some telekinetic control over rock that she manipulates. (New Mutants Vol 1 #81)
