As for me I would eventually like to see the following added to existing lines.

And as for lines in the future. It would be neat to see them team-up with people like Capcom & SEGA and do more Amiibo for their classic characters. Series like Megaman, Street Fighter, Sonic & Super Monkey ball could support their own lines. And some Ghost & Goblins Amiibo would be neat as well.

Also some retro 8-bit amiibo for Donkey Kong, Excite Bike & Ice climbers would be neat.
