    Default Most Underappreciated nu52 title

I'm creating this thread cause it got me thinking after reading the other thread about "worst of the nu52"

    My Picks:
    Resurrection Man
    Sword of Sorcery
    Frankenstein Agent of Shade
    Aquaman and the Others

What are your thoughts or series you feel are underappreciated.
"Freedom is the right of all sentient beings" - Optimus Prime

I sometimes feel that Azzarello's Wonder Woman was under-appreciated so I'll pick that one.

Vibe. (I really have to check THAT one out.)

    Omac.

Infinity Man and the Forever People.

Lobo. (A whole lot better than a lot of folks assume.)

Sword of Sorcery featuring Amethyst. (I only wish they did Arion as well.)

Supporting LION FORGE COMICS and other independent publishers.

Check out Lion Forge's Catalyst Prime Universe. Its the best damned superhero verse in comics. Diverse characters and interesting stories set in a universe where anyone can be a hero. And company that prides itself on representation both in the comics themselves and in the people behind them.

Oh my goodness gracious! I've been bamboozled!

    OMAC
    Frankenstein
I, Vampire(that first issue grabbed you and made you want to read more). It trailed off after the first arc and lost its way but what a great start
Justice League Dark(meandering but lots of high points and a fun read in general)

I know quite a few people who got annoyed when Superman lost his powers near the end. But it was such an interesting storyline that showed us the true heart of the superman- the man beneath the steel, vunerable and able to be hurt.

*VIBE - Artwork was consistently good and the story and characterization were interesting and well-done. Had Geoff Johns stayed on as co-writer, I think it could have been a much bigger hit. And it deserved to.

*CAPTAIN ATOM - Yes, I know old school Captain Atom fans hated it and I don't care. I loved every issue of Krul & Williams' run. This book had heart and the art was lovely. Damn good comic.

*SWORD OF SORCERY - No, it wasn't the Amethyst I knew and loved from the 80s. Aaron Lopresti drew the hell out of it, but he'd never outshine Ernie Colon's classic work which is still incredible 30 years later. This really was Amethyst as Games Of Thrones and Christy Marx did her best to sell it. I enjoyed it, but acknowledge that the GOT approach probably wasn't the most commercially viable way to sell Amethyst to modern comics fans. A Harry Potter-esque approach to Amethyst would've been far wiser and would probably have sold much, much better.

I'll throw a strange one out there.

Star Spangled War Stories. A zombie government agent with a mysterious origin and powers. James Bond style intrigue and adventure. It was a lot of fun and the main character was really interesting. Shame though, I think I was one of three people that read it...
