I figure this might be some happier news, in light of the Manara/Cho stuff.
Everything about the original cover is fixed. It's more appropriate and and visually interesting

I never saw the first draft.
Love this cover and I hope Marvel uses it. It's the least they can do IMO.
There you go. And he did it without having a tantrum and squealing about 'censorship'. Frank Cho take note.
I like it. Def an improvement from the previous cover art. Good move by JSC.
Campbell's been doing cheesecake stuff for years (i.e. Danger Girl), but NOW people complain? What the hell did they expect?
Avatar: Here's to the late, great Steve Dillon. Best. Punisher. Artist. EVER!
Comically the same pose that was used , had a cover with armor. So the cover they objected to was the one with the shown. But same exact pose , same situation...just with armor. I think even Campbell was like ...seriously ? This is the same pose and all , except she is showing a mid-drift.

I agree with WPP, but, not knowing the book in question I can see your side too. However it is rated "Teen" so I also, again, don't see the issue. She is clothed and not in any provocative pose. I guess it is, if you want it to be. But being it's not Marvel Adventures or some other "All Ages" book, I don't see the need for the outcry, nor would I see the need for Campell throwing a fit about redoing the cover if he did. People in general need to chill out with their fiction. On both sides of the fence. (Just so it's clear I am trying not to take either side.)
Much better. And actually interesting? I mean even without the weird spider body the first cover just has her standing there. This one has personality.
