I still maintain the thought that it's more similar to HXH than Dragon Ball.

I agree. It's something of a cross between Journey to the West and HXH. More so than Dragon Ball. Sure Goku is based off of Sun Wukong but outside that the new arc is more akin to Gon and his journey. Originally Posted by vasir12
