    Sound of Music is always in the Top 10 of movie lists. The soundtrack and the movies are one as you can't dissociate one from the other. I rarely people only buy only the soundtrack for the movie, they buy the film.

    I agree wholeheartedly. It was like the 1960s version of Space Jam.

    Not sure if it was more popular than the movie, but i remember the soundtrack from "The Crow" being pretty darn awesome.
